You can browse our store directory freely without an account. You only need to register (free) when you're ready to submit a Custom Order. Registration takes under 30 seconds.

It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Air Freight takes 10–15 working days, while Sea Freight takes 25–35 working days and is more budget-friendly. Both timelines run from the date your order is confirmed and paid, and can vary slightly depending on the item's origin country and Nigerian customs processing. We'll keep you updated with tracking information throughout.

Yes! Our Custom Order Form lets you add items from as many different stores as you like in a single submission. We'll consolidate everything at our warehouse and ship it together, which often saves on overall shipping costs.

We check stock availability before issuing your quote. If an item goes out of stock between your order and our purchase, we'll notify you immediately and give you the option to choose an alternative or get a full refund.

Absolutely. We only purchase your item after receiving your payment, and we provide a clear receipt for every transaction. Our process is fully transparent — you agree to the quote before any money changes hands.

Returns depend on the individual store's return policy. We advise customers to carefully check sizing guides and product details before ordering. If a return is needed, we'll guide you through the process — though international returns can incur additional costs.

No problem! If the store you want to shop from isn't in our directory, just include the product link in your Custom Order anyway and mention the store. We shop from most legitimate US, UK, and Canadian retailers — just ask.
